Physical products
You may return an unused product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Digital programs
Online programs are non-refundable once course content has been accessed.
Sessions and bookings
Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable.
Faulty items
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
